Bin out of farming for quite a few years but want to return, maybe bit rusty but willing to retrain n learn. Worked on a large mixed dairy arable farm for 17 years, getting cows in, feeding, bedding, scraping, silage, hay, straw, grain and slurry haulage. Rolling, harrowing, topping, hedge cutting, secondary cultivations, some combine experience. Have done milking but not a great deal, really keen to return to British agriculture having been HGV and machine driving in recycling industry for a number of years. Live in Alton so local too, would live in your accommodation if required though. I confess I might not be the youngest fittest candidate youll find but you wont find a more committed, enthusiastic candidate with a renewed passion for British agriculture and a greater desire to learn about soil health and the regenerative farming process. I of course wouldnt want to leave a full time position without the guarantee of this role becoming full time post harvest, Im sure you understand that to do otherwise would be very irresponsible.

Married, doubt Id need accommodation as currently live in Alton but would explore the option if needed. We are a one car family tho as I have a firms van, so if possible would need some form of transport.
