Based at Hill House Farm, this role provides the crucial link between the farm and our visiting young people, planning and delivering farm-based jobs that build confidence, connection and a sense of purpose.
As part of our close-knit, values-driven team, you'll work alongside young people during feeding rounds, farming tasks, mealtimes and evening activities, while helping to maintain the high standards of animal welfare we expect across our farms. The role also includes on-call responsibilities for animal emergencies and some weekend duties linked to house lets and site security.
