*Looking for a role where farming meets purpose?* We're looking for a passionate farming specialist to help young people take part in real, meaningful farming work as part of our therapeutic residential programme. Based at Hill House Farm, this role provides the crucial link between the farm and our visiting young people, planning and delivering farm-based jobs that build confidence, connection and a sense of purpose.

As part of our close-knit, values-driven team, you'll work alongside young people during feeding rounds, farming tasks, mealtimes and evening activities, while helping to maintain the high standards of animal welfare we expect across our farms. The role also includes on-call responsibilities for animal emergencies and some weekend duties linked to house lets and site security.

Contract: Permanent, full-time 45hrs per week, Mon-Fri including 1 evening per week, morning feeding rounds plus on-call responsibilities
