We don't just grow fresh, vibrant crops we grow with care, innovation, and pride. Now were looking for a skilled Tractor Driver to join our team at Northbourne Farm in Kent.

You'll be a key part of our Farm team, getting stuck into groundwork and field operations from ploughing and bed forming to sub-soiling and soil maintenance. You'll take pride in well-prepared fields and well-kept machinery, and you'll always be looking for ways to improve how we work.

As Tractor Driver, you will:

Lead key field operations across salad and herb production

Keep tractors and equipment in top working condition

Help manage workshop tools, stocks, and parts

Keep a sharp eye on field hygiene and weed control

Stay alert to soil conditions, reporting issues before they affect quality

Support training of seasonal staff by sharing knowledge in a hands-on way

This is permanent a full-time, outdoor role so you'll need to be physically fit, ready for changing weather, and happy working in a team, from time to time in our busy periods you may need to step up to support with wider farm tasks like irrigation

Our Ideal Candidate would have :

Previous Tractor Driving Experience + License

Forklift licence

Strong machinery maintenance skills

A team-focused, proactive approach

Confident communicating with people from all walks of life
