We are a successful spinach farming business in East Suffolk with a strong focus on future growth and development. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tractor Driver to join our experienced and supportive team.

This is a varied, hands-on role and would suit either an experienced tractor driver or someone looking to develop a career in salad farming, as full training can be provided for the right candidate with a positive outlook. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team using modern machinery.

Key Responsibilities

•General tractor and machinery operation

•Fertilising operations

•Relief sprayer work (PA1/PA2 desirable)

•Drilling and cultivation tasks

•Gas burning and crop protection activities

•Carrying out routine machinery checks and basic maintenance

•Working safely and in line with farm policies and procedures

•Assisting with other general farm duties as required

About You

•Experience as a tractor driver is desirable but not essential

•A positive, proactive and can-do attitude

•Willingness to learn and develop new skills

•Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious

•Able to work independently and as part of a team

•Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods
