Harvest staff 2026

Pearse and sons is a family run farm and forage business based in Hertfordshire.

We are looking for skilled operators to join the team for the upcoming harvest.

Starting in July through to end of September.

Roles to include:

Baling with high density balers.

Carting with modern tractors and trailers.

Moving bales with our lorry and drags.

High Stacking with modern telehandlers.

What were looking for:

A good attitude and great sense of humour

Previous experience with agricultural machinery required.

Previous experience operating a large square baler preffered.

Preferably with experience driving large agricultural machinery or HGVs.

Opportunity for full time role also available (Preferably with HGV class 1 licence and or mechanical expertise)

Accommodation available & good rates of pay.
