We are seeking a reliable Stockperson to join their farming business. A Mixed farming business, rearing beef cattle and sheep alongside potato and cereal production, we offer a great opportunity for a reliable, conscientious person to manage the livestock.
Key Duties
Annual care of cattle;
100 spring calving beef cattle & followers
Bull beef & grass finished heifers
Herd health - worming, vaccination programme etc
Annual care of sheep;
500 mule and cross ewes and lambs
Lambing indoor/outdoor
Flock health - worming, vaccination programme, feet
