We are looking for a sprayer operator/tractor driver to join our team. Our well-equipped business grows 750 hectares of combinable crops within a 5 mile radius of the home farm.

We require a capable and reliable person to take a leading role in the operation of our 2023 36m RB35 Bateman sprayer. The sprayer is equipped with Bateman Boom levelling, Greenstar steering, section control and PWM. During harvest/autumn, the candidate will be the main operator of a John Deere 9RX using a variety of cultivation equipment. This role also includes all other aspects of combinable crop production, machinery maintenance and other farm work.

To work alongside this small hardworking team, the candidate will be conscientious, self-motivated, have a high attention to detail and take pride in their work and machinery. The role will require long hours and weekend work when required.

Candidates should ideally possess PA1, 2, 4 and telehandler certificates and be familiar with steering systems, section control and variable rate applications. Category H and workshop skills are preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

We are offering an attractive renumeration package with a 3-bed house (if required). The area has good local schools, facilities and direct rail links to London.
