About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Skilled Plant Operator with valid NPORS or CPCS certification to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time role for an experienced operator operating a variety of machinery. Previous experience within the agriculture and landscaping sectors would be beneficial. Work is carried out across the UK and at the farm. For work requiring travel, accommodation is provided. Rented accommodation is available at the farm and can be discussed at the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate and maintain a variety of plant and agricultural machinery (e.g., excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, tractors)

•Carry out landscaping, groundworks, and site preparation to a high standard

•Safely load, transport, and unload equipment and materials

•Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site requirements

•Work effectively alone or as part of a mobile team on nationwide projects

Requirements:

•Valid NPORS or CPCS card (essential)

•Proven experience with multiple types of machinery in agriculture or landscaping

•Full UK driving licence (essential)

•Flexibility to travel and work away from home (accommodation provided)

•Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and site procedures
