We are seeking a fulltime relief herdsperson to join our team milking 800 cows over three sites located within a mile of each other. The herds are block calving 2 springs and one autumn and grass based systems. Experienced applicants will be expected to cover our herd managers days off, holiday and assist with the day to day management of the herds/young stock. Applicants will also be expected to assist with rearing youngstock, dairy replacements and beef calves, yard and tractor work. Applicants will require a Full UK driving licence and a good work ethic. DIY AI, Foot Trimming and Materials Handling certification preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
