Pack House Worker & London Farmers' Market Driver/Sales Assistant

Location: Family-run mixed farm, Kent

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team on our family-run mixed farm in Kent.

This is a varied role combining pack house work with driving and selling at London's farmers' markets. No two days are the same, and during our busiest months you'll also be expected to get involved with general farm work, including picking, planting, and other seasonal tasks.

Main Responsibilities

Preparing, packing, and quality checking fresh produce in the pack house.

Driving to and from London's farmers' markets.

Setting up and running our market stall, providing excellent customer service.

Loading and unloading produce.

Assisting with harvesting, planting, and other seasonal farm duties during peak periods.

Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the farm.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isn't afraid of physical outdoor work.

Flexibility to help wherever needed during busy periods.

A full, valid UK driving licence.

The legal right to work in the UK.

Previous farm, pack house, retail, or market experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
