We are seeking a manager to oversee the daytoday running of a seed facility based in the Scottish Borders. The role involves direct line management of a small team, handson support with daily operations, and ensuring that customer expectations, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved.

The site includes laboratory space, glasshouses, and a range of purposebuilt indoor growing environments. It is operated by a small permanent workforce, supported by agency personnel during peak periods.

Experience within agriculture or horticulture required as is proven experience in people management. Understanding of basic Health & Safety principles needed but full training will be provided.
