Description

South Darenth Farms is an incredibly diverse family owned business specialising in commercial and residential property, green energy and agriculture sited in north west Kent on the urban fringe of Dartford, Kent. We require a short term harvest worker to help us carry out the harvest amongst other general farm work from July until September 2026.

The farm consists of 500ha of arable and 50ha of pasture, a green waste site and biomass enterprise. The farm is predominantly cropped with combinable crops, has a countryside stewardship scheme and operates large SFI scheme with rotational legume fallow. We are operating a new fleet of tractors replaced regularly, and have sufficient well maintained machinery to match.

Candidate Requirements:

•Previous tractor driving experience is essential

•Full UK Driving Licence required.

•A telehandler certificate is preferred, buttraining can be provided for the right person.

•Minimum 18yrs old.

•A positive, friendly and motivated attitude is essential.

•Applicants must be able to show evidence of the right to work in the UK.

•Be willing to work across the estates multiple enterprises.
