Harvest Staff Required 2026 -GW Tickler Bourne, Lincolnshire.
We are looking for experienced tractor operators to join our team for Harvest 2026. Youll be working across our farm and straw contracting business using a modern fleet of:
• Valtra tractors
• Massey Ferguson 2270 balers
• Heath Super Chasers
Were a friendly, long established family business in the heart of Lincolnshire. The role will be Big Square baling or Bale Chasing as well as grass work operations and carting.

Requirements
• Full driving licence essential
• Experience in baling, chaser work, carting straw or Forklift ticket would be an advantage

• Location: Near Bourne, Lincolnshire
