Tractor driver/ GFW

We require a tractor driver for our busy mixed East Lothian farm

Farm runs over 1000 acres growing wheat and both spring and winter barley with grass and OSR break crops. The farm uses a traditional cultivation system utilising large amounts of FYM to improve soil fertility.

Driving two modern John Deere tractors with GPS auto steer to undertake both primarily and secondary cultivation and sowing, also spreading fertiliser and silage work. A majority of the winter would be carting FYM and Straw.

Limited assistance with vaccinating bought store cattle and weaned pigs would be required

Essential that someone takes pride in their work and is conscientious

Training can be provided for the right candidate
