We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Garden Assistant / Grounds Maintenance Person to join our estate team on a fixed 6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Oxfordshires most beautiful private estates, supporting the upkeep of historic gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

•Grounds maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, and general upkeep

•Garden support such as planting, weeding, mulching, watering, and seasonal tasks

•Assisting senior gardeners with estate projects

•Maintaining tools, machinery, and work areas to a high standard

•Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently

About You

•Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance preferred

•Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

•Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently

•Full UK driving licence
