We are looking to recruit an arable operator to join our diversified arable business near Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire.

Candidates must be highly motivated with good attention to detail and strong willingness to learn. A good level of arable experience is required, although additional training can be provided to a candidate demonstrating the right attributes.

The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved with all aspects of arable farming, with particular focus on combining, drilling and involvement with straw operations. You will gain insight into a large arable enterprise working with contract farming customers and become a key member of an close-knit team.

PA1 & 2 and telehandler tickets are preferred, but can be built into the package for the right candidate. Ongoing training and development will be offered as well as a competitive salary, pension and healthcare. Help will be provided to find accommodation if required.
