We are looking for a pro-active, trust-worthy and hard-working individual with a real passion for livestock. We are a mixed family farm outside Canterbury, Kent with pedigree Sussex cattle, Romney x ewes, arable, potatoes, top fruit and pumpkins. The position would be a varied role supporting the various farm enterprises, with routine livestock work including some weekends.

-Assisting with the general feeding, husbandry and care of the herd and flock.

-General tractor driving including trailer work, cultivations, forage and potato harvests.

-Management and upkeep of grassland including topping, harrowing, and seeding.

-Use of telescopic handler and ATV.

-General farm maintenance and maintenance of machinery, vehicles, trailers and implements.

-Additional working hours during busy periods and some routine weekend livestock work
