We're looking for a Farm Foreman to join our team at N********** Farm in Kent on a permanent position, where youll play a hands-on role in growing whole head, baby leaf, and herbs that make their way to kitchen tables across the country.

As our Farm Foreman youll work closely with our Farm Manager and growing team to lead daily field operations and taking account of good agronomic practice. You will be expected to carry out various field operations from cultivation and irrigation to planting and harvesting. Youll be supervising others to ensure things run smoothly, jumping on the tractor when needed, and making smart, timely decisions to keep the farm thriving, with a focus on continuous improvement.

To make sure crops move safely from field to farm

Step up and lead in the Farm Managers absence

Spot opportunities for doing things better, smarter, and more sustainably
