We are looking for a practical, enthusiastic Estate Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly family-run business over the busy summer months. Ideally suited to a student, this is a varied, hands-on role supporting the upkeep, maintenance and ongoing development of our estate, including farm areas and holiday accommodation. No two days are the same, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in keeping things looking their best, and likes getting stuck into a wide range of projects.

Youll help keep the estate running smoothly and looking well cared for day-to-day, carrying out a variety of tasks including grass cutting, strimming, fencing and general grounds maintenance. The role also involves supporting the upkeep of farm areas and holiday accommodation, assisting with machinery operation and basic machinery maintenance, maintaining tools and equipment, and helping to support health and safety across the estate.

Alongside the outdoor work, youll assist with planned and reactive maintenance on properties, including supporting a large ongoing renovation project currently underway. This may involve basic carpentry, painting and decorating, minor plumbing repairs and general property maintenance tasks.

Full driving licence essential

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
