We are a large arable farm and grain storage business with additional contract

farming commitments. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Agricultural Operator.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Combine driver

• Self-propelled sprayer operator

• Opportunity to cover fertiliser operations and primary cultivations

• General farm tasks and involvement in various aspects of the business

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience operating agricultural equipment in an arable setting

• Enthusiasm for the role and an aptitude for working both independently and as part of a team

• Experience in leading a harvest team (including harvest staff who may require guidance)

• Conscientious approach to work, attention to detail and high standards

• PA1, PA2, PA4 and telehandler certificates are advantageous
