We are milking 500 cows on a spring block calving extensive grazing system. We are milking 300 cows on one site and 200 on another nearby grazing block. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all aspects of a grass based dairy farm and have ambitions to become a farm manager. Our business also has a 400 cow autumn herd so progression will very much be encouraged for the right individual.
