The Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Arable Operator to support all aspects of crop production. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys operating and maintaining modern machinery to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Cultivations, drilling, spraying, harvesting & estate work

- Machinery maintenance, servicing, and daily checks

- Assisting with grain handling and store management

- Accurate record keeping (spray records, operations, compliance)

- Maintaining high standards of crop husbandry, machinery care, and health & safety

Requirements

- Previous experience in arable farming

- Strong machinery operation skills (Greenstar)

- PA1, PA2, certificates

- Telehandler certificate

- Good attention to detail and mechanical awareness
