Were a family-run mixed farm in the heart of North Yorkshire, combining progressive arable cropping with a well-established livestock enterprise. Were looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our close-knit crew. If you enjoy variety, modern kit, and being part of a real family operation, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining combine harvesters during harvest

Spraying operations (PA1 & PA2 certificates required or willingness to train)

Fertiliser spreading and general arable tasks

Ploughing, cultivating & Seedbed preparation

Occasional livestock repairs (fencing, gates, buildings)

Running the feed mill when team members are on holiday

General farm maintenance and flexibility across both enterprises

What We're Looking For:

Experience in arable farming (combine driving, spraying)

PA1/PA2 qualifications (preferred well train the right person)

Full UK driving licence

Practical skills, common sense, and a can-do attitude

Happy to muck in across arable and livestock when needed
