Youll be at the heart of growing the freshest, highest-quality salads and herbs. As our Sprayer Operator, youll make sure crops get exactly what they needprecise applications of fertilisers and crop protection products that keep them healthy and thriving.

Youll take ownership of spraying operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Youll keep our chemical store and equipment audit-ready, clean, and in top condition. Youll monitor stock levels, plan ahead, and make sure everything runs smoothlyeven when the weather throws a challenge your way.

You can do this because youre skilled in crop protection spraying, detail-driven, and confident using farm recording systems. You know your PA certificates (PA1, PA2, PA4S, PA6) and NRoSO registration inside out, and youre committed to doing things rightevery time.
