We are a family run farming/large vegetable business supplying major supermarkets, spanning 1800 acres in a 25-mile radius in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, predominantly Growing Tenderstem Broccoli. We operate a modern fleet of Tractors fitted with GPS.

The candidate: A proven Lead Tractor Driver with experience in precision equipment, attention to detail and flexibility.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking skilled Tractor driver to join our team as a lead operator.

This is a varied position covering planting, fertilizing, spraying and cultivations, offering the opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple areas in the growing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting seasonal operations including but not limited to planting broccoli, fertilizer spreading, relief spraying with second sprayer, wide range of cultivations, irrigation and crop destruction. Our Planting Season starts in March and continues through to August.

Most tasks are carried out in-house using our fleet of modern, well-maintained machinery, this includes John Deere tractors, New holland tractors and Agri planters.

General Maintenance: Regular machinery care, winter maintenance, and general farm upkeep.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous farm experience essential (additional training available for specific skills)

Full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK

PA1- Essential

PA2 - desirable

Loadall certification

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team

Reliable, motivated, and adaptable approach to work
