An Organic Farm is looking for their next Stockperson which is a progressive role leading to the opportunity to progress within the business.

This is a high profile position which offers the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a progressive, exciting new team.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive, interpersonal skills, both in business and within the wider farming operation.

We are looking for a high level of stock and animal health knowledge and skills, experience in leading and developing a team, a passion and ability to lead, manage, mentor and motivate, supporting the development of young people. Excellent organisational skills.
