An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced head tractor driver to join our, progressive team on an arable and mixed farm spanning two sites in Wiltshire. We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual who will work across a wide range of farm operations, not only in arable farming but also assisting on our Large Suckler beef herd and supporting various diversification projects.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, taking charge of a broad range of tasks. Strong Leadership skills are essential, as you will also oversee seasonal staff & younger members of staff.

With the farm spread across two sites the key operational duties include drilling, Fertilizing, Baling Mowing and all cultivation works.

Attention to detail is vital for ensuring smooth farm operations, to help drive the business forward. You will have access to a Fendt 939 along with a modern fleet of tractors & machinery, including Claas balers, Mower & Rake, Horsh 8m drill, and JCB/Krammer Telehandlers.

Flexibility is required, as the role requires working extended hours during busy periods.
