General Farm Worker Norfolk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Farm Worker to join a dedicated team on a 3,000-hectare estate in Norfolk.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across different aspects of modern agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with harvest operations

Secondary cultivations

Establishment and maintenance of countryside stewardship schemes

Loader work (telehandler/tractor)

General farm duties

Machinery maintenance and workshop tasks

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a flexible and positive attitude to work

Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Possess good practical and mechanical skills

Have experience operating agricultural machinery (preferred)

Be willing to work extended hours during busy periods
