About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in Ashford, Kent for fruit and vegetable picking and packing. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, although previous experience in agriculture or similar work is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking fruits and vegetables efficiently and carefully

• Packing produce to high-quality standards

• Sorting and grading items

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas

• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• No formal qualifications required

• Previous experience in farming, picking, or packing preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Good level of physical fitness

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Full clean driving licence preferred

• Must have right to work in the UK
