The role is temporary, based in Eltisley and the surrounding land.Standard hours will be 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday. During the harvest there will be the possibility of longer working days, potentially a 7-day working week. This will be dictated & determined by workload & weather conditions during the harvest period.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•Daily maintenance checks

•Tractor & Trailer work

•To work in accordance with our maintenance and health & safety procedures

•Potentially some post-harvest fieldwork & cultivations

Skills and qualifications

•Full clean driving licence

Person specification

•Highly motivated

•Good experience of safety operating tractors, trailers and arable equipment

•Previous harvest experience preferable

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•Excellent timekeeping
