Dispatch Operator - Organic Fresh Produce

- Work collaboratively as part of the dispatch and yard team, supporting daily operations.

-Communicate effectively with the packhouse supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.

-Ensure all customer orders leave the yard on time and to specification.

-Operate a forklift efficiently and safely.

-Help manage Fresho (order platform), including monitoring incoming orders, adding notes, and printing picking slips.

-Work closely with the Organic Manager and Casual/Harvest Manager, reporting any quality issues spotted, as they are based out in the fields.

-Carry out stock takes of IFCO crates, cardboard boxes, and other packaging materials.
