Agricultural Operators required for a busy Agricultural Contractors Based in South Oxfordshire

We are looking for experienced Seasonal Staff Applicants to support our main Operators for 2026.

A full time position available for the right applicant.

The company specialises in forage harvesting, baling, grassland, cultivations and drilling work will be varied and busy using up to date equipment.

Company is currently running large fleet of Krone BIG Balers, Krone Forager / NH Combine. / Fleet of Tractors.

We are looking for operators with experience on a wide variety of machinery. You will be expected to maintain machinery so workshop skills would be an advantage.

The candidates:

Proven experience within the industry required

Workshop skills would be an advantage

You will have worked with modern machinery from 190hp plus and have a good understanding of GPS systems

Must be hardworking, reliable and able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative

A full clean driving licence is required

Season Start immediate or as otherwise agreed for the right candidate.

Position(s) may be permanent for the right candidate.
