Im currently working in a horse racing yard as the tractor/ maintance man! Last year I worked as a harvest worker on a 1000 acre arable farm, I have previous experience of general farm work, muck carting, grain carting, bale carting, tedding, raking, bale wrapping, cultivations, topping, chain harrowing and rolling paddocks, harrowing and power harrowing gallops, digger work, loader work and hedge cutting

Other livestock experience

Ive got around 2 months experience with sheep, poultry, pigs, beef/ dairy and calf rearing, I also have experience around horses.

I studied countryside management at college where I learnt a vast amount from fencing to hedge cutting and operating machinery, I have had minimal experience working with livestock but wanting to gain more experience, I have a basic understanding of what needs to be done and when, Im expanding this by going on day courses at colleges!
