Ability to drive both tractor and telehandler. Extensive telehandler experience. Also experienced with buggy and quad.

Family owned beef farm until they sold to a dairy farmer. Since moving to the UK 13 years ago from Ireland, I have worked on both organic and conventional livestock farms and also an organic mixed arable and sheep farm.

I have a particular interest in and knowledge of grass management including the use of herbal leys, cover crops etc. I can use agrinet/ agriweb etc for record management. I love working with livestock and their welfare is highly important to me, along with ensuring they are grazing the best quality grass that they can, starting with soil health.

I am able to identify illnesses in stock very early, and I am very capable of working on my own initiative when it comes to always being able to find something to do on farm including maintenance of sheds etc. Im quiet and calm with stock, I am extremely hard working as I genuinely love farming. I am very loyal and seeking a long term position. I also have my own working dogs.
