I have worked with stock from a young as I helped my grandfather who was a shepherd all his life looking after predominately scotch mules and blackface ewes.

I have done all aspects of stock husbandry from outdoor feeding, worming, vaccinating, feeding indoors bedding. Lambed every year since I was 12. I have calved cows. I have a great record keeping ability. I am aware of the effects of grass management.

I have brought out sheep for sales and shows to the best of my ability and sold a ram for 11.000 pounds. I have a good eye for good stock

Farming background

Worked on hill farms all my life working with mostly hill breeds on large scale hill farms running 1000 acres up to 5000 acres. Day to day husbandry on sheep and cattle o have all done worming weaning calving lambing. God knowledge of grass management for livestock also.
