Currently living and working on our part-time family farm managing a spring-calving suckler herd. Daily duties include livestock care and operating machinery for feeding, bedding, silage, slurry spreading, and general farm work. Previous experience includes working in a farm supplies store, operating a telehandler daily for loading, unloading, and handling feed, fertiliser, and general agricultural supplies in a safe and efficient manner. I can also provide my own pick-up and am fully licensed and experienced in towing.
Raised working on a beef farm, I have strong practical knowledge of the beef sector. I also gained dairy experience through relief milking on a 700-cow enterprise. In addition, I have worked with sheep and have a sound understanding of their general management and upkeep.
