Outside of work I have a strong interest in cars, mechanics and agricultural machinery. I maintain and modify my own car and enjoy practical mechanical and electrical work. I am also involved with a Ford owners club and attend car shows and events. I enjoy spending time around farms and machinery and have a continued interest in agriculture.

Practical experience in arable and livestock farming through agricultural training, placements and seasonal farm work. Experienced with tractor driving, ploughing, cultivation, rolling, topping, mowing, grain carting, trailers, PTO equipment and front loader work. Livestock experience includes dairy calves, sheep, lambing and poultry. Also experienced with fencing, telehandler work, general farm maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.
