Maths, English, animal care level 2, level 2 in agriculture, level 3 dairy management in association with Bicton college and Synergy vets, I have completed the FDSC in agriculture at sparsholt university centre. . I have my telehandler ticket, quad bike ticket, full UK drivers license, basic medicines training certificate. Basic foot trimming certificate, my AI course and RMS training.

Other equipment experience

Rolling, grain hauling, bale hauling, ploughing, tedding, silaging both grass and maize, bale stacking, yard scraping, mowing, topping, muck spreading, fertilizer spreading ( with some assistance ). I completed a harvest in 2021, I too part in grain carting and stacking bales and loading grain lorries.

Other livestock experience

Milking dairy cattle for the past 10 years. Shown and worked with beef cattle at agricultural shows and on farm. Calving's and lambing's on a sheep dairy and beef unit. Tailing and castration on lambs. Vaccinating and treating both sheep and cattle. Pushing up sheep and cows helping my dad foot trimming and scanning sheep. I have milked cows for over 7 years now.

Farming background

Grown up on dairy farms, work on a beef farm part time showing Hereford cattle, and currently working on a 290 dairy farm whilst rearing calves. Worked on a sheep farm, doing some part time lambing, and stock checking. Helping my dad work and handle sheep whilst my dad scans them. Seasonal work such as a full harvested completed year 2021 doing hauling and bale stacking.
