Farming background

I was brought up on a farm in Pertshire where I gave up every minute I could to help out on the farm no matter the weather or time I was always raring to go to learn. Giving up every school holiday, weekend as well as feeding cattle before and after school. I have a fair amount of tractor experience with field harrowing, hay turning, pto driven keenan feeder, bedder and general use of tractor. I also have experience using a telehandler under supervision of a ticket holder. I currently run self employed doing estate maintenance such as dry stone dyking, fencing, gardening and digger work. As well as this I also offer services in bracken destruction, forestry planting and maintenance, general farm work including milking and calving.
