I grew up in Suffolk and started working on a farm (5000ac) at a very young age doing seasonal work . I then moved to Lincolnshire to follow my agricultural studies at Riseholme college After completing my level 3 NVQ. I started working at a local farm (1500ac) undertaking general farm work. After 8 months I moved up to main farm worker undertaking combining, spraying, drilling, primary cultivations and all field operations also undertaking all workshop duties including servicing and the general running of the yard. After 3 years I moved to a larger farm(2500ac) with same job role. After this I spent 4 years at a velcourt farm (3800ac) job role was the main sprayer driver combine driver with relief land working drilling and all workshop duties. I now work on a 3000acre mixed farm spraying combining relief drilling and general farm work
