Ive been driving scraper tractors since 10 yeas old. Ive experience in carting bales, silaging and carting livestock. The couple of dairy farms I've worked on I've used telehanders and fork lifts. I've done miles of fencing and dry stone walling. Having grown up on a hill farm there is always plenty of both to attend to. Ive also experience in electric fencing. Recently got Telehandler license but only lasts two years and will need refreshing in June I believe.

Shepherd- 20+ years. 1200 lambing ewes with 300 gimmers kept every year as replacements. 50 head of beef cattle split over inside and outside wintering. All calves sold as stores.

Beef fattening experience for 12months on a finishing farm on the Carlisle border, would of been longer but got let go due to farm sale. 5 years working on varies dairy farms, with the last post being 2year herd Manager.

Ive basic knowledge of pigs from working on a 800 sow indoor farrow to finish unit, predominantly farrowing and finishing. Im looking now to return to my hill routes. Im missing my beef and sheep which I grew up with and would like my son to have my back ground.
