Skilled stockman with plenty of experience. ranging from colostrum feed to milk power replacement. de horning calves, weaning calves bedding & feed weaned stock, checking all animals bulling heifers & cows and reporting animals to the owner or farm/herd manager, calving heifers/cows, milking cows mastitis control and drug administration, assisting vets on routing days, a little bit of foot trimming but i never completed the course to get the paperwork. I'm sorry but i can NOT ai as I've never had the change or oppertunity to learn but i am very interested and also a quick learner

Farming background

Stockman, Tractor driver with over 25 experience looking for full time work on a farm. i am a team player and i also can work on my own to. i do hold a class 2 lorry licence if this helps. Im currently up near glasgow working on a small dairy farm 100 cows + followers. Originally farmers son from Cheshire, where we farmed 150 black and whites and grew are own barley and wheat from bruising and feeding, as my dad done the morning milking and i did everything else from feeding young calves, all the way up to feeding and bedding the cows, also did every afternoon milking as the old man weren't to good on the leg. in the busy times we had help from neighbouring farmers to help with silageing and combining.
