I have got experience using Manitou and JCB Telehandlers doing various tasks. I have also got my spraying certificates and my Telehandler licence. I have also obtained my trailer licence. I worked for an Agricultural Machinery Dealer during the summers of 2021 and 2022, where I expanded my experience with all machinery.

Other livestock experience

I have got a good amount of experience working with Beef Cattle, Dairy Cattle and with Sheep, including TB testing cattle and lambing in Spring time. I have also got some experience working with pigs.

Farming background

I have got experience on Manitou and JCB Telehandlers, doing various tasks with each make. I have got experience on a various range of Massey Ferguson tractors, John Deere tractors, Case tractors and Claas tractors. I have got experience in topping, hedge cutting, corn carting, bale carting and general road haulage work. I have worked with Cattle, doing various tasks such as TB testing. I have worked with Sheep, doing various tasks such as Lambing.

I have graduated from University in 2024 with a BSc degree in Agriculture. However, I do not want to go down the professional route and sit in an office all day every day. Therefore, I am looking to start an apprenticeship in 2026. All areas of the UK will be considered, but I would prefer to do an apprenticeship on a mixed Beef/ Dairy farm, where there is a variety of arable and livestock work.
