Farming background

I am from a farming family, I have managed a grainstore during harvest on a 10,000t crop storage facility, I was responsible for weighing in all goods in/out, sampling crop and testing moisture levels, admix, protein and weight before processing through to store, via the drier or cleaner if needed. I entered all data onto a software to produce movement passports, adhering to accreditation and legal requirements (eg. stickers, sheeted trailers etc) I anaylsed data, and calculated crop yields and averages from specific fields of the farms own crops, as well as managed the yard; ensuring all drivers wore correct PPE, adhered to the rules and signage.
