I worked on farms even before I left school. Started full time as a YTS on a large dairy estate and was responsible for rearing 120 calves in my first year. Three year National Diploma Course including a year out working on a well run sheep and Arable unit taught me the importance of attention to detail. Left college and gained more arable/contract farming experience working as a GFW for a large Farming company. Managed organic conversion of a 800 ewe flock and 30 suckler herd for four years. Managed 400 organic ewe flock and small outdoor pig herd for direct sales for four years. Farm manager for ten years as sole employee a 350 acre organic holding with 150 acres of arable, 300 ewe flock and a small private shoot.

Currently Farm Manager on high profile regenerative farming business. Arable and beef.
