I was the team captain in the Riseholme College cereals challenge team in 2015 in which we came second. This is a competition between 6 colleges/universities where we're tasked with looking after the agronomy of a specific cereal crop, this year it was winter rye. We did extremely well to come where we did as we were the only college participants with the rest being final year degree students.
