Regularly carried out silage operations including mowing, raking, baling, and haulage. Experienced in trailer work and efficient field-to-yard transport.

Competent in telehandler operation, with previous certification (now expired). Also experienced with general machinery maintenance and daily checks.

Some experience using GPS systems (Trimble/RTK) for cultivation and field work.

Other livestock experience

Basic experience in dairy operations, including moving cattle and general yard duties.

My primary role and experience is as a tractor operator within arable and contracting work, and I am most comfortable focusing on machinery operation.

Farming background

I have over 10 years experience working in arable and mixed farming, primarily as a tractor operator. The majority of my experience comes from working with an agricultural contractor, where I carried out a wide range of operations including cultivation, mowing, raking, baling, and haulage across different farms and conditions.

This role required me to be adaptable, work efficiently during busy seasonal periods, and operate high-horsepower machinery to a high standard. I also gained experience with GPS systems (Trimble/RTK) during certain operations.

I have also supported other roles including a recent short-term position on a dairy farm, however my main experience and focus is in tractor operation and contracting work.

I am a reliable and experienced operator, used to long hours and maintaining a consistent standard of work.
