Farming background

I have had a passion for farming since an early age. My family were very inventive agricultural engineers, running their own successful business. I've worked in farming since my early teens gaining valuable hands-on experience with (and an understanding of) a variety of farm businesses.

I've previously managed 600 hectares of arable cropping on a day-to-day basis in a role as Working Arable Manager.

I'm currently occupied as the Assistant Farm Manager of a larger scale contract farming operation which involves the supervision of staff members and contractors, with accountability for their wellbeing in addition to carrying out hands-on work during key operations.
