I first got involved in farming when i was 14 years old, since then I worked on a large arable and vegetable farm for about 4 years, After which I traveled the world ended up working for a contractor for 7 months in new Zealand. Then I returned and worked for contractors here in the UK, mostly baling and foraging but all aspects of arable farming involved from cultivation and drilling to harvest. I have also harvested cotton in Australia and was there for a little under a year, undertaking all types of work and from 360 operation to Tyre fitting in the yard. I studied Agriculture with mechanization at college for 3 years and I am a proficient welder and carry out all hot works with great results. Since 2019 I have been driving class 1 and am currently looking to get back onto the land. I thought the trucks would be a good experience and add to my overall skills but the farm is where I feel I belong!!
