I am experienced in all aspects of silage production from mowing up to driving foragers. I have specialised in digestate/slurry applications for the best part of a decade, driving the largest self propelled slurry tanker on the market and 36m boom, doing so leading a team of tankers.
I also have a large amount of experience in arable operations, cultivations and also combine harvester operations and a vast amount of knowledge and workshop skills. From fabrication through to full machinery servicing and record keeping
I work well in a team or leading a team as well as under my own initiative and enjoy achieving goals daily wether it be big or small
Back in 2016 I also proved my experience in stock by managing a heifer rearing unit for 2 years and progressed on to manage the intensive bull beef enterprise with 250head. I am competent with injecting animals and I have a lot of care for the animals themselves.

I grew up in farming with a family farm in Wales, I decided I wanted to gain experience and see how other people farm and achieve things to later take back and incorporate in to the farm at home.
I set out working on small dairy and stock farms until I found a contracting job, I there found my passion for machinery and over the last 15 years have worked for some of the largest contractors in the uk gaining a vast amount of people skills, machinery and farming knowledge. Over the last 3 years I have been a working farm manager for an arable farm with a bio digester with all operations done in house. This comprised of day to day man management and allocation of tasks as well as being a key part of the machinery running. I was meticulous in record keeping and maintaining a good staff morale. In addition to this I would run the comprehensive workshop and undertake all repairs in house, from fabricating various implements, stripping and rebuilding various farm and plant machinery, repairs and complete servicing of all plant and farm machinery.
I was in Australia last year managing a team of harvesters as well as driving one periodically myself, I gained a great deal of knowledge on man management as well as many other things involved in farming.
